Unified No More

The United States of America, once a country unified towards the common goal of freedom, now doesn’t quite fit into the “united” part of its name. I’m sure you’ve noticed. It’s no secret that the U.S. today is more divided than ever; from dinner tables to Congressional hearings, it seems like those to the right of the political spectrum and those to the left of it are from two entirely different countries. And it only escalates– the more differences people see in each other, the more polarized the United States becomes.
